I am definitely not continuing on with the Dance365 for 2023. I had to really talk myself into continuing a few times in the fall. I had to push and force myself to finish. I would miss days at a time. Jonny would tell me it does not count, but I made my own rules. I would film four dances in one day - just to get it done.
On January first, I also deleted Instagram and Facebook applications from my phone. I still log in and check messages on my computer, but I need a break from scrolling and posting. I overdid it.
As I take a break, I am reflecting on where I want to move forward. I would like to connect more with my local community and host some choreographic dance walks. (Not sure if anyone would want to dance walk with me - but you never know.) I would also like to one day invest in a drone and do some dance walk filming from above.
